Danske Henrik Nielsen har sit bryggeri i svenske Landskrona, hvor han går og laver lækkert vildgæret øl. Øllet lagrer Henrik på fade fra forskellige vine. Nu er der igen kommet en begrænset mængde flasker til salg i Danmark.
Henrik fortæller selv følgende om Nøkken:
"Nøkken is a Scandinavian wild ale shaped by the nature around us and by time.
The beer has matured in wine barrels for 17 months, 5 of which with Hallertau Blanc hops. The aging follows the natural temperature variations of the seasons, which gives the beer a balanced character.
It is lightly tart and has many similarities to natural wine.
On the nose and palate you will find ripe yellow fruits, fresh herbs, gooseberries, wine barrels and hay."
