"We teamed up with the fine folks at Gamma Brewing Co. to create a nice crispy, bright & hoppy West Coast Pilsner. We used Saphir hops hotside for a touch of classic noble citrus & floral nuances, alongside Mosaic Dynaboost in the whirlpool for that dank berry notes. The dry hop was layered with Kohia Nelson, Mosaic & Idaho-7 Cryo further emphasizing the dank berry flavors, with passionfruit, pinapple and touches of grapefruit & orange. GOONGALA!"
